To connect parents in fulfilling of the vision of the board.

The booster organization is an extremely important and integral part of the Hopewell Titanium Sound Band. The benefits the organization provides allow the band program to succeed at maximum effectiveness and efficiency. The boosters assist the band in fundraising, game/competition day meals, moving/loading equipment, concerts, events, marching uniforms, social events, and much more.

There are board positions and other volunteer slots that need to be filled each year. There are small jobs and those that involve a larger commitment. The Boosters appreciate any help a parent has to offer and will glad accept any volunteer time a parent can donate. Part of the mission of the Band Boosters is to raise funds to keep the costs of participating in Band as low as possible for the student. It is the Band Boosters goal to assist in funding various needs of the band program. We can only do this with your help. Please take a moment to think about what you may have to offer our students and the Boosters. We always need volunteers and your time is always appreciated.

Hopewell High School Band Membership will be open to any parents or guardians of students who are members of the Hopewell High School Band, as well as any other adults who are interested in the activities of the organization and/or Bands. Members will register by completing the membership form and paying membership fees. A member will be entitled to voting privileges for Band Booster officers and attend all meetings or fundraising events within the course of the school year and who are willing to uphold the basic policies and abide by the Hopewell High School Band Booster bylaws.

(Note: Band Staff can be considered a voting member of the boosters.)


Basic: Includes voting rights at Meetings - $10 

Bronze: Includes Basic and (1) Car Magnet - $20

Silver: Includes Basic, Bronze, and (1) Yard Sign - $50

Gold: Includes Basic, Bronze, Silver, and (4) tickets to Winter Band Show

and (4) tickets to Spring Jamboree - $100



To promote and encourage band music and music education at Hopewell High School and surrounding communities and will assist the Band Director(s) in the implementation of the above purpose.

Focus on connecting the band to our community and world through fundraising and feature events.



To support the efforts of the Band Director(s) and all band members with the goal of building and maintaining a strong school band program.

To promote greater participation by the parents in all band activities, such as performances, parades, competitions, and the like.

To lend all possible support, both moral and financial, to the general band program in the schools.

To initiate fund-raising activities to provide additional financial support for the band program.

To cooperate with those in charge of the Hopewell High School Band Department and the CMS Public School District Board to the end that this Department be brought up and kept to the highest possible degree of efficiency.

To build and maintain an organization that will help promote the general activities of the Band Program.

To ensure every decision and effort enhances the overall band experience for the students.


Individual is to have a student in the band.
