The band will travel on three coach buses provided by Sunway Charters, Charlotte, NC.
Each bus safely seats 55 passengers. Each bus will have two drivers. The drivers will switch at some point on the way to New Orleans and on the way back. Students will be instructed to sit the entire time the bus is in motion.
No luggage or instruments will be stored in the overhead compartments, only uniforms.
One teacher on each bus is CPR and First Aid certified.
The principle will be providing security offices that will be with the students on location in New Orleans, as well as providing overnight security in the hotel. Ms Pickard and other members of the admin team from Hopewell will also be attending the events with the band.
$800 per student at 4/room. Includes transportation, hotel, 3 breakfasts, 3 dinners, 1 lunch. Accommodations will be at either the New Orleans Marriott or New Orleans Hilton on the waterfront.
A deposit of $50 is required to confirm your student's spot.
Payment arrangement dates after deposit. All balances for the trip must be paid in full by October 23.
